Role Overview :
As an ETL Integration Developer, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex data ecosystems and actionable business intelligence. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines that ensure seamless information flow across our enterprise architecture.
Working in close collaboration with data architects, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will transform raw data into high-quality assets that drive strategic decision-making. Your work directly impacts the scalability of our data infrastructure and ensures that stakeholders across the organization have reliable, real-time access to the insights necessary to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement scalable ETL/ELT workflows to consolidate data from disparate sources, ensuring high data integrity and availability for downstream analytics.
- Optimize existing data integration processes to reduce latency and improve system performance, directly enhancing the efficiency of our reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that data solutions align with long-term business objectives.
- Perform rigorous data quality audits and implement automated validation frameworks to minimize errors and maintain compliance with data governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration bottlenecks, providing technical leadership during system outages to ensure minimal disruption to critical business operations.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing end-to-end data pipelines using industry-standard ETL tools and cloud-based data warehousing platforms.
- Advanced command of SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Java, with a proven ability to write optimized, maintainable code for large-scale data processing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment across teams.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial requirement gathering and system design to final deployment and post-production support.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Bengaluru, maintaining high productivity and clear communication while working with distributed teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures and software engineering principles.
