The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE based on business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain entities, fields, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.\nDevelop CRM solutions using plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom APIs.\nDesign and implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services, middleware, and web services.\nWork with CRM security roles, business units, teams, field-level security, and access controls.\nPerform data migration, data validation, and integration-related activities.\nTroubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and technical fixes.\nParticipate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nFollow development standards, maintain technical documentation, and participate in code reviews.\nCollaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, QA teams, and other developers.\nWork effectively within an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.\nGood knowledge of CRM customization and configuration.\nExperience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365 SDK/API.\nExperience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript customizations.\nStrong understanding of Dynamics 365 Web API / REST APIs and third-party integrations.\nExperience with solution management, deployments, and environment management.\nUnderstanding of CRM data model, security model, and business processes.\nExperience working with Azure integration services is an advantage.\nGood understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.\nExperience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.\nExposure to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or related modules.\nSkills\nMicrosoft Dynamics, Finance
