You’ll partner with leaders across clinical operations, tech, and corporate functions to deliver strategic people solutions that drive employee engagement, retention, and growth. This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends day-to-day HR support with broader organizational impact.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-growth company, especially one balancing mission and scale.\nAt this time we are only considering applicants in the following states with a strong preference for those CST based: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington.\nWhat You’ll Do\nStrategic Advising: Serve as a thought partner to Vynca’s functional leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, team effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.\n\nEmployee Relations: Manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, fairness, and alignment to Vynca’s values. Coach managers through performance conversations and conflict resolution.\n\nTalent Enablement: Support performance reviews, career pathing, manager capability building, and team development efforts.\n\nWorkforce Planning: Collaborate with leaders and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning, role clarity, and succession planning to support growth and scalability.\n\nCulture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that foster inclusion, well-being, and a strong sense of purpose. Lead follow-through on engagement survey actions.\n\nCompliance & Policy: Ensure policies and practices are compliant across multi-state operations, particularly in highly regulated environments (e.g., California).\n\nData-Informed Decisions: Use people analytics to inform strategy, identify trends, and develop targeted interventions.\n\nYour experience & qualifications\n7+ years of experience working as a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager or similar role.\n\nExperience working in a remote-first, multi-state organization.\n\nExperience in healthcare, value-based care, or tech-enabled clinical services.\n\n4+ years experience supporting clinical teams.\n\nDeep understanding of employment law and HR compliance in multi-state environments.\n\n4+ years experience navigating California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, and Washington employment laws and regulations to support leaders with employment decisions.\n\nA strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and how to tailor programs for a growing workforce - from onboarding to leadership development.\n\nSkilled at building relationships, coaching leaders, navigating complex people issues, and compliance in a highly regulated or healthcare-related field.\n\nComfort using data to guide conversations, drive initiatives, and influence decisions.\n\nA collaborative, coaching-oriented approach to working with people at all levels of the organization.\n\nA flexible mindset and the ability to operate effectively in an environment that’s fast-paced and always evolving.\n\nAdditional Information\nThe hiring process for this role may consist of applying, followed by a phone screen, online assessment(s), interview(s), an offer, and background/reference checks.\n\nBackground Screening: A background check, which may include a drug test or other health screenings depending on the role, will be required prior to employment.\n\nJob Description Scope: This job description is not exhaustive and may include additional activities, duties, and responsibilities not listed herein.\n\nVaccination Requirement: Employees in patient, client, or customer-facing roles must be vaccinated against influenza.
