This role exists to expand our integration capacity. You will design and build new customer integrations and own the health of those already running in production.\nYour focus will be on developing integration services that connect our core platform with enterprise tools across CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, Asset Management, Facilities Management, and related areas.\nYou will work across the full integration lifecycle: shaping the technical approach with customer-side engineers, implementing it with our Product and Software teams, and keeping it reliable once it's live.\nWhat you'll do\nContribute to the technical architecture of each integration, working directly with internal teams and customer technical stakeholders\n\nDesign and implement integrated solutions for specific customer use cases alongside Product and Software\n\nBuild reusable connectors and packages for third party systems, as web services on AWS or as custom code on partner ecosystems such as Salesforce\n\nMonitor, maintain and improve existing integrations in production, including diagnosing and resolving failures\n\nRaise the team's technical bar through code review, testing standards and mentoring\n\nWhat you'll need\nMinimum 4+ years of experience with 2+ years building production systems in Python experience\n\nProven experience designing and consuming REST APIs, and owning at least one third party integration end to end\n\nStrong automated testing practice, unit and integration tests as a default rather than an afterthought\n\nWorking experience with AWS, including compute, message queues such as SQS, and managed databases\n\nExperience designing for availability, reliability and performance in distributed systems\n\nAbility to work directly with external technical stakeholders and turn ambiguous requirements into a workable design\n\nNice to have\nSalesforce or other partner ecosystem development\n\nMulti tenant connector frameworks\n\nExperience on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools\n\nPrior experience
