campaigns.\nWorking closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, you'll build, launch and manage campaigns using HubSpot, helping us reach the right audiences, generate leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.\nThis is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working with marketing technology, understands campaign performance and knows how to turn data into useful insights.\nWhat you'll be doing\nBuild and launch digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, landing pages and lead nurturing programmes.\nManage campaign workflows, audience segmentation, contact lists and data quality within HubSpot.\nCoordinate campaign activity with Marketing, Sales and SDR teams, ensuring effective lead management and follow-up.\nSupport event-related campaigns, including invitations, registrations and post-event communications.\nMonitor campaign performance using metrics such as impressions, clicks, downloads, email open rates and conversions.\nTrack leads through the marketing and sales funnel, including MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities.\nCreate CRM reports, analyse results and recommend improvements to campaign performance.\nWhat we're looking for\nAround 4-5 years of relevant experience in demand generation, marketing operations or digital campaign management.\nHands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua.\nA good understanding of campaign workflows, segmentation, lead management and CRM reporting.\nConfidence working with marketing KPIs and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nA proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in marketing technology.\nGood professional English.\nExperience in B2B technology or financial services would be an advantage, as would French language skills, but neither is
