Working closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success, you’ll lead the technical side of the sales process, from discovery and qualification through demonstrations, proof of concepts, solution design and handover.\nAs a senior member of the Solution Engineering team, you’ll also help us bring greater structure and consistency to how we work - improving our approach to demos, qualification, solution design and handover as the business grows.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead technical discovery, solution demonstrations and customer workshops for fraud and financial crime opportunities.\nOwn the technical workstream throughout the sales process, from qualification and discovery through demos, solution design and technical validation, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and proposed solutions are deliverable.\nDesign and run structured proof of concepts with clear objectives, success criteria and outcomes.\nUnderstand customer requirements and translate them into credible solutions using the Vyntra platform and partner capabilities where relevant.\nEngage confidently with technical, operational and senior stakeholders within banks and financial institutions.\nBuild and maintain high-quality demo environments and scenarios reflecting customer use cases and regional requirements.\nWork closely with Product and R&D to ensure demonstrations and proposed solutions remain aligned with our product capabilities and roadmap.\nProduce clear qualification, solution design and handover documentation so that Professional Services understands what has been agreed and what needs to be delivered.\nHelp improve Solution Engineering processes and standards, creating greater consistency and visibility across opportunities.\nCapture customer requirements, market insight and competitor intelligence and feed this back into Product and the wider commercial organisation.\nWork closely with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from presales into implementation and the ongoing customer relationship.\nSupport and share knowledge with other Solution Engineers, helping develop best practice across the team.\nWhat You Bring\nStrong experience in Solution Engineering, presales or technical sales within fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, cybersecurity or a closely related area.\nGood understanding of fraud operations within banks or financial institutions, ideally with experience in payments and payment fraud.\nExperience supporting complex enterprise sales engagements with banks, payment providers, FinTechs or other financial institutions.\nA track record of designing and delivering technical demonstrations, workshops and proof of concepts.\nStrong data and integration skills, with the technical depth to understand data models, APIs, integration requirements and deployment architecture.\nThe ability to understand complex customer requirements and turn them into clear, practical solution designs.\nExperience working with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or GCP.\nA good understanding of the fraud and financial crime technology landscape.\nExperience contributing to or improving presales processes, playbooks, demo strategy or ways of working.\nFluent English.
