From learning and enablement to internal communications, sales, marketing, compliance, and change management, Vyond helps teams turn ideas and complex information into engaging video-faster and across more of the organization. This role will lead the team bringing that story to the enterprise market.\nYou will carry a team quota and be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading Enterprise AEs across both new-logo acquisition and expansion. You will help customers move from individual or departmental video creation toward broader enterprise adoption-building the business case for Vyond as a strategic, enterprise-wide platform for video creation.\nThis is a builder's seat. You will report to the CRO and work directly with Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and the executive team. You will coach from the field, develop named-account strategies with your reps, and step directly into deals when the size, complexity, or strategic importance calls for it.\nResponsibilities\nHit team revenue targets [new logo and expansion] across the segment.\n\nHire, onboard, coach, and retain a team of Enterprise AEs.\n\nClean weekly forecast: pipeline health, deal-by-deal qualification, accurate commit.\n\nBuild account plans across your book of business with measurable expansion targets.\n\nSell the Vyond story with credibility - internally and externally\n\nPartner with Customer Experience on renewal, expansion, and at-risk accounts.\n\nPartner with Marketing on account-based programs and pipeline coverage.\n\nRun 1:1s + team meetings tied to pipeline, deal progression, and rep development.\n\nDocument seller performance inside the company's comp and PIP frameworks.\n\nSurface field-level GTM gaps and product feedback to leadership.\n\nTravel up to 25% for top customer meetings, QBRs, and industry events.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years leadership experience developing Enterprise AEs at a B2B SaaS company.\n\nPersonal track record of 100%+ quota attainment as an Enterprise AE, with team attainment as a manager.\n\nDirect experience selling to Global 2000 / Fortune 500 buyers in HR, L&D, Sales, Communications, Marketing, Enablement, or Compliance.\n\nCarried complex deals of $250K+ with multi-stakeholder buying groups.\n\nRecruited, hired, and exited reps inside a formal performance management process.\n\nComfortable in a PE-backed environment with board reporting cadence.\n\nStrong written communication: forecasts, deal reviews, customer summaries.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou build a
