Розробка, підтримка та забезпечення дотримання політик, стандартів і процедур інформаційної безпеки.
Узгодження програм безпеки з цілями бізнесу та релевантними фреймворками (NIST CSF, ISO 27001 тощо).
Проведення періодичних оцінок ризиків.
Формування вимоги до безпеки кінцевих пристроїв, мереж, сервісів та застосунків.
Координація виявлення вразливостей, пріоритизація та відстеження їх усунення власниками систем.
Робота з інструментами моніторингу.
Проведення security assessments та супроводжує виправлення прогалин.
Визначення стандартів управління доступамиʼ.
Проведення регулярних access reviews для критичних систем.
Координаувати розслідування, локалізацію, ліквідацію та відновлення під час інцидентів безпеки.
Проводення post-incident reviews.

Вимоги:

5+ років досвіду в кібербезпеці / інформаційній безпеці.
2+ роки досвіду на позиції Team Lead, Security Officer або Security Manager.
Практичний досвід реагування на інциденти.
Впевнене розуміння IAM, мережевої безпеки, endpoint security та базових концепцій хмарної безпеки.
Досвід написання, адаптації та впровадження політик безпеки, які реально працюють у командах.
Вміння чітко та зрозуміло комунікувати ризики як технічним спеціалістам, так і бізнес-стейкхолдерам.

Буде плюсом:

Професійні сертифікації: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC або еквіваленти.
Досвід побудови функції безпеки або процесів з ранньої стадії (Greenfield).
Досвід підготовки до сертифікацій чи відповідності стандартам ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS тощо.
Досвід роботи з SIEM / EDR / XDR рішеннями.
Досвід взаємодії та управління вендорами (MSSP / managed detection and response).
