досвіду в кібербезпеці / інформаційній безпеці.\n2+ роки досвіду на позиції Team Lead, Security Officer або Security Manager.\nПрактичний досвід реагування на інциденти.\nВпевнене розуміння IAM, мережевої безпеки, endpoint security та базових концепцій хмарної безпеки.\nДосвід написання, адаптації та впровадження політик безпеки, які реально працюють у командах.\nВміння чітко та зрозуміло комунікувати ризики як технічним спеціалістам, так і бізнес-стейкхолдерам.\nБуде плюсом:Професійні сертифікації: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC або еквіваленти.\nДосвід побудови функції безпеки або процесів з ранньої стадії (Greenfield).\nДосвід підготовки до сертифікацій чи відповідності стандартам ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS тощо.\nДосвід роботи з SIEM / EDR / XDR рішеннями.\nДосвід взаємодії та управління вендорами (MSSP / managed detection and
