We enable pharmacy care.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nThe concierge role is designed to provide personalized attention to patients in order to enhance the customer service experience.\nEstimated Hourly Pay $21.00 p/h\nResponsibilities\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. manner.\nMaintain order and efficiency in lobby area.\nFacilitate communication between patients and back-end pharmacy staff.\nProvide direction and assistance for patients in need of Whitman Walker Health services beyond the pharmacy.\nWork with patients to improve understanding of pharmacy communication systems (i.e. pharmacy app and text notifications).\nAssist with maintaining over-the-counter inventory.\nOffer a warm “thank you for your business” to exiting customers.\nPromptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.\nComply with VytlOne's Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne's Compliance Program.\nRemain free from exclusion under the Office of the Inspector General and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.\nComplete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.\nMust be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.\nMaintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent\nExperience: Customer service background\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to communicate well with people from a diverse background\n Bilingual Spanish highly preferred\nA commitment to treating all patients with empathy and compassion\nBasic technical and organization skills\nHigh customer service orientation, exhibiting a welcoming disposition with the ability to be consistently polite, helpful, kind, courteous and discreet.\nThe successful
