The Project Director is responsible for the successful performance of multiple projects and project teams in the Phoenix market - leading project delivery, client relationships, business performance, and talent development across an active portfolio. This is a senior leadership role based in the field, working from the jobsite trailer and moving between meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams rather than a desk in a corporate office.
The Project Director develops future operational leaders, supports key pursuits and preconstruction efforts, and plays a central role in the long-term success of projects, clients, and the organization. This role reports to the Project Executive, Vice President of Operations, or other assigned supervisor, and works closely with clients, consultants, trade partners, project teams, and company leadership.
