Candidates should be comfortable independently troubleshooting production issues and working closely with development, QA, security, and platform teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.\n Manage Kubernetes deployments using Argo CD and GitOps practices.\n Deploy and operate production workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.\n Automate infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.\n Implement observability with New Relic, including dashboards, alerts, monitoring, and performance analysis.\n Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployment issues.\n Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, security, and deployment efficiency.\n Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Bash.\n Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.\n Work with Kubernetes components including Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Namespaces, and RBAC.\n Apply DevSecOps practices and security controls.\n Use AI-assisted development/coding tools for scripting, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code reviews, with appropriate testing, security validation, and human review.\nRequired Skills\n AWS: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch\n Kubernetes\n Docker\n Helm\n CircleCI\n Argo CD / GitOps\n New Relic\n Python and/or Bash\n CI/CD and deployment automation\n Cloud networking and security\n Production troubleshooting and incident management \nPreferred Skills\n Terraform\n AWS certification\n CKA / CKAD certification\n Experience with AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools\n Experience in the US Real Estate domain, including property platforms, MLS, mortgage, title, valuation, or related systems\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe need someone who is strongly hands-on, not just theoretically familiar with DevOps tools.
