This includes market research, supplier identification, bid analysis, and final supplier selection.\nContract Negotiation: Partner with Legal and Finance to negotiate complex Professional Service Agreements (PSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nMaintain and optimize contract lifecycle management (CLM) data integrity, tracking, and compliance to ensure seamless indirect supply chain operations and vendor governance\nSupplier Relationship Management (SRM): Manage the lifecycle of key indirect suppliers.
