performance, and troubleshoot Linux-specific issues across compute and networked storage\n\nMaintain security hardening, patch management, and compliance for Linux systems\n\nNetworking\nSupport day-to-day network operations for the Toronto office, including switches, routers, firewalls, patch panels, and structured cabling\n\nTroubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues, operations roles\n\nStrong hands-on Linux administration experience (Ubuntu/Debian or RHEL/CentOS), including command-line proficiency, user/permission management, and troubleshooting\n\nSolid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, routing, firewalls, and VPNs, with hands-on experience troubleshooting switches, routers, and cabling\n\nExperience supporting Windows and macOS environments in a business setting\n\nExperience administering endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JumpCloud, Jamf, or similar platforms\n\nExperience with identity and access management concepts, including user provisioning, permissions, and authentication\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and user-facing technologies\n\nAbility to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining excellent customer service\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document technical processes clearly and with a customer
