improvements.\n\nRegulatory Compliance and CertificationManage all aspects of Compliance Testing and Certification while adhering to ISO 26262 and UL 4600.\nPlan and execute critical compliance tests in accordance with standards such as ISO 16750, 11451/11452, UL, CE, IEC and various OEM standards.\n\nCertification ManagementCoordinate with external accredited laboratories for pre-compliance and required for certification.\n\nProcess and Toolchain DevelopmentBuild and evolve Waabi's V&V methodology, automation toolchain, and bench infrastructure.\nAssess a new OEM's DV/PV process quickly and advise leadership on level of effort, complexity, and cost relative to Waabi's.\n\nQualifications:\n5 + years in an Electrical or Firmware / Software V&V role, especially automotive.\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering.\nUnderstand all aspects of an automotive DV/PV process.\nDeep understanding of the automotive PPAP process.\nWorking knowledge with automotive APQP.\nExperience working directly with Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers.\n“On your feet” knowledge of International automotive environmental and safety standards, including ASTM B117, SAE J1455, or ISO 16750 and 11451/11452.\nWorking knowledge of AEC standards.\nAbility to adjust V&V Process to support various OEMs.\nExperience with CANbus, Python, Shell, Unix OS, SPICE.\nBonus/nice to have:\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nTechnical experience in developing self-driving vehicles.\nExperience with the NRTL (UL) and CE certification.\nExperience directly instrumenting cars and trucks to model the mechanical or electrical system and / or perform shock, vibration, EMC testing.\nExperience with SolidWorks, ANSYS, Polarion.\nAccelerated life testing, HALT/HASS, and Weibull or reliability demonstration analysis.\nAbility to perform risk analysis and prevention, FMEA, FTA,
