may need to troubleshoot React components, etc. \nExperience with experimentation using both data/segmentation and content to create personalized experiences.\nExperience with Optimizely or other experimentation solution platforms is required. web experience (A/B) testing using Optimizely or other experimentation tools.\nExperience with a content management software platform such as Magento, Joomla, Adobe, and WordPress, etc., with strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking to determine the best course to take (component, non-authorable component, or code block) to carry out complex activities or job functions involving new concepts/requirements.\nExperience with web authoring and configuring experiments and building web pages (may need different content, content edits, migrations, moving pages to a platform, or re-theming).\nExperienced with multiple vehicles, i. e., in-product discovery, SaaS, paid search, display, email, affiliates, and social and mobile platforms, as well as web properties and relationship marketing.\nExtensive experience with web technologies and frameworks, including Angular 2+/React/VueJS/Node/CSS.\nAwareness of web performance considerations.\nDetail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong knowledge of UX, SEO, and other factors that impact web conversions.\nPassionate and curious about finding opportunities for process improvement and technology.\nFlexible and agile, with the ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations.\nExperience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\nAbility to monitor, search, analyze, and visualize machine-generated data in real-time using Splunk;
