# 3rd Shift Supervisor

Who will you be working with? L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction, and heavy industrial industries. This role is crucial in ensuring product completion and meeting quality standards prior to shipping. You will work directly with other production supervisors and the Production Manager. This role directly reports to the Production Manager. How will you make a difference? The Shift Supervisor - Assembly, Tubing and Welding is responsible for overseeing the Assembly, Tubing and Welding departments during their assigned shift. This role ensures coordinated production, safe operations, and adherence to quality and delivery expectations across departments. The supervisor provides leadership during overnight operations, ensures continuity between shifts, and supports daily production objectives through effective communication and problem-solving. This is a salaried position for 3rd shift, operating Sunday-Thursday from 10:00 PM-6:00 AM (adjust as needed). What do we want to know about you? High School Diploma or GED required. 2 year
