Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role offers a clear progression route towards full Project Manager accountability.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nMaintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers and action logs to support successful project delivery.\nMonitor project performance, identify risks to delivery and support recovery plans where required.\nCoordinate updates across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams.\nAssist with project reporting, stakeholder communications and customer review meetings.\nSupport cost control, forecasting, budget tracking and monthly project financial reviews.\nMaintain risk, issue and opportunity registers, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.\nSupport quality, warranty and customer complaint activities, including the collection of supporting evidence.\nPrepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and governance review packs.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support project success.\nTake ownership of assigned work packages and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nIdeally you have previous Project Coordination or Administration experience.\nStrong communication skills as you will be maintaining and developing good relationships with internal departments and with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.\nMust be able to work on own initiative.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines for the team.\nCompetent MS applications (in particular Excel).\nApply today!\nLegal authorisation to work in the UK is required.
