You’ll have the opportunity to interact directly with customers and cross functional teams during product definition, development, and fulfillment.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nDegrees completed and in progress - this role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.\nEngineering experience in the following areas:\nControl systems, power electronics, motors, and alternators.\nElectrical system design, circuit analysis, and troubleshooting.\nManufacturing, production, or operational support.\nControl development, testing, and validation.\nAnalysis, modeling, and simulation using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or SPICE.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nSupport manufacturing and test operations by troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.\nDesign, analyze, and validate electrical control system hardware, software, & test stands.\nSupport new product introductions and enhancements.\nDefine control system requirements and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement.\nMonitor project progress and communicate issues, risks, & solutions.\nSupport field investigations and travel periodically to suppliers, customer sites, and test locations.\nWhat about the physical demands of the job?\nThis role includes work in manufacturing, laboratory, and field environments. The salary rate for this role is currently $79300-113000 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
