Por lo que estarás en contacto con todos los equipos de los diferentes departamentos como producción, manufactura, calidad, finanzas, seguridad.\n¿Cómo marcarás la diferencia?\nComo miembro del equipo de mantenimiento, usted será responsable de asegurar el correcto mantenimiento, administración y ejecución de todo lo relacionado con el mantenimiento a planta, edificio, comedor y bodega.\nReporta directamente al gerente de mantenimiento\nTiene a su cargo a personal técnico de facilities\nPuede liderar diversos proyectos que requieran pensamiento crítico, enfoque a resultados, proyectos de ahorro, mejora continua, presupuestos entre otros.\n¿Qué queremos saber de ti?\nIngeniero Electro Mecánico , Industrial, Administrador o afín\nContar con 5 años de experiencia mínima en área afines\nExperiencia en Administración de Mantenimiento de Edificio \nExperiencia mínima de 3 años en Administración de Mantenimiento (TPM, Mantenimiento Correctivo, Preventivo y Predictivo, Mantenimiento Mecánico, Eléctrico y Electrónico) \nConocimientos de paquetes computacionales. \nConocimientos de Subestaciones y equipos de alta potencia \nLectura e Interpretación de Dibujos, Mecánicos, Eléctricos, Neumáticos e Hidráulicos. \nConocimientos de Electricidad AC/DC \nInglés 85% \n¿Cómo será tu día típico?\nResponsable de Mantenimiento General de la planta (Edificio y Bodega) \nResponsable de Mantenimiento a Comedor \nCierre de ordenes en sistema MAXIMO asignadas al mantenimiento del Edificio \nControl y manejo de presupuesto asignado al mantenimiento general de la planta. \nAsegurar el pago de servicios generales \nSeguimiento a las actividades asignadas por EHS (FM Global, Industria Limpia etc.) \nImplementar controles para la reducción de los consumos de Energía Eléctrica, Agua y Gas. \nLiderar a personal técnico en la resolución de fallas en equipos.\nAtención a proveedores\nSeguimiento y cierre de acciones correctivas.\nGeneración y Actualización de graficas de métricos en su área de responsabilidad.\nCumplimiento al plan de mantenimiento preventivo al 80%\nCumplimiento con métricos de EHS (Investigaciones, Observaciones, Diálogos, Concerns) entre otros.\nAsistencia Diaria de Gemba de producción\n¿Qué pasa con las exigencias físicas del trabajo?\nLa base de la posición es en planta de Apodaca N.L, empresa Rubro metal-mecánico.\nRefiere trato con personal operativo, técnico y trabajo en las máquinas de las líneas de producción en planta.\nRota turnos\nUso del equipo de protección personal en planta. \nTrabajos con LOTO, alturas y ocasionalmente espacios confinados. \nWhat could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?\nAt Wabtec, it’s not just about a job - it’s about the impact you make.
