In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse Operations to drive logistics excellence, improve operational performance, and support strategic supply chain initiatives.\nHow will you make a difference?\nAs a member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for optimizing internal logistics processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and transportation operations. You will lead process implementation, Lean, and system-related projects, while ensuring effective warehouse management system (WMS) functionality and process standardization. This role plays a key part in supporting inventory accuracy, cost optimization, and operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and proactive process development. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions that enhance supply chain performance.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nMaster's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within international transportation, customs clearance, and transport route planning.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse and transportation documentation, processes, and best practices.\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.\nProven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with carriers and logistics service providers.\nExperience leading, mentoring, or supporting logistics and warehouse teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nLean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience is highly desirable.\nFluent in both Polish and English.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nAnalyze, map, and optimize internal logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\nLead logistics process improvement, Lean, digitalization, and system implementation projects.\nMaintain and continuously improve warehouse management system (WMS) structures and functionality.\nProvide expert support for inventory management, stock reclassification, and scrapping processes.\nMonitor logistics performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.\nPromote and implement a data-driven culture within the logistics organization.\nCollaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.\nSupport transportation planning and logistics execution while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and procedures.\nDrive operational excellence initiatives and contribute to achieving business objectives.\nProvide guidance and support to logistics teams to maintain high levels of service and performance.\nLegal authorization to work in the European Union is required.
