For more than 100 years Stemmann is one of the world’s leading manufactures of energy and data transfer components and systems in industrial and transport technology.\nWho will you be working with?\nYou will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager\nOwnership and key responsibilities:\nResponsibility for optimizing internal logistics processes, including process mapping and improvement, as well as WMS optimization. Leading processes implementation, Lean, and system-related projects. Providing expert support for inventory, scrapping, and stock reclassification processes. Maintaining warehouse system structures. Supporting cost optimization and striving for operational excellence through proactive management and the continuous improvement of logistics processes.\nMain Authorities and Missions\nDriving process improvements and cost optimization initiatives within the logistics function.\nMonitoring team performance and providing guidance and support to ensure high service levels.\nImplementing a data-driven culture\nCollaborating with internal departments (production, procurement, quality) to ensure smooth logistics operations.\nRequirements:\nHigher degree/Masters in Logistics or Supply chain.\nAt least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (mainly in international transport, custom clearance, planning transport routes)\nStrong knowledge of warehouse and transportation documentation and procedures.\nProven ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners.\nExperience managing or mentoring a logistics or shipping team.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is an advantage.\nCategory B driving license is nice to have\nFluent in English and Polish.\nLegal authorization to work in EU is required.
