Who will you be working with?
Our best-in-class quality team combines knowledge of customers’ needs with deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver our HVAC, Door & PD&G products.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the method team, you will be responsible of all industrialization activities (projects, process, tools, internal and external production improvements) related to assembly/housing/testing process.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor degree of mechanical or electrical.
- Good attitude and team cooperation awareness.
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
What will your typical day look like?
- Responsible for method job of CPT product line.
- Support CPT method manager to follow up TOP process
- Establish the BOM for concerned projects based on design and purchasing strategy.
- Responsible for all industrialization of WI process, tools, and improvement of production.
- Work closely with design, purchasing and production office.
