This role plays a key part in the implementation of new products and processes, change management activities, and the optimization of operational performance.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nIndustrialization:\nSupport the transfer of new products and processes from the development phase to production.\nDefine and validate manufacturing processes, including process parameters and work cycles.\nCollaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure successful product launch and manufacturing readiness.\nPrepare and/or support the release of technical documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, and Control Plans.\nParticipate in process and product validation activities.\nChange Control:\nManage and coordinate process and product changes through the Engineering Change Control process.\nAssess the technical, quality, manufacturing, and cost impacts of proposed changes.\nEnsure proper implementation, documentation, and traceability of all changes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional departments, including Quality, Supply Chain, and Production.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal procedures.\nProcess Optimization & Continuous Improvement:\nAnalyze process performance using relevant operational and quality metrics.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.\nImplement optimization projects aimed at cost reduction, quality enhancement, and efficiency improvement.\nLead root cause analyses and define corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport problem-solving activities related to non-conformities and process deviations.\nCross-Functional Responsibilities:\nProvide technical support to Production for troubleshooting activities and process stabilization.\nCollaborate with suppliers on technical improvements and component industrialization initiatives.\nContribute to process standardization and digitalization projects.\nEnsure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and company policies.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related discipline).\nPrevious experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrialization, or continuous improvement environments.\nKnowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and CAPA is considered an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and industrialization methodologies.\nExperience with Continuous Improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis).\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams.\nGood project management and organizational skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nWhat do we offer?\nPermanent full-time contract, CCNL Metalmeccanico\nTraining and professional development opportunities\nBenefits, including: flexible hours, canteen, welfare platform\nThe current salary for this role ranges from €30,000 to €40,000. The actual salary offered to the candidate may be influenced by various factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location.
