Control and monitor the delivery of the project working closely with the Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Safety departments to ensure key objectives are met and stakeholders' needs are met.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nTo manage the delivery of Projects in line with project plans and that they are delivered in line with specifications set by the customer.\nProduce internal reports to the Executive Team on the status of the project, e.g., cost to complete, cash flow, and project performance reports.\nManage project risks and opportunities to ensure a successful outcome for the project.\nPromote “Safety of the Railway” and actively develop the Safety Culture within Wabtec.\nComply with company quality assurance processes (QAPs) and ensure compliance is achieved by the project.\nEnsure project milestones are achieved in support of planned implementation.\nMonitor costs and implement measures to control spending against the agreed tenders.\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.\nEnsure resource availability and allocation.\nManage the relationship with key stakeholders and be the primary point of contact with our customers.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nExperience in a manufacturing or engineering environment\nDeveloped communication and relationship management skills.\nProven ability to develop, lead and implement projects with high business impact.\nProven financial, quantitative, and data analysis skills.\nBudget management experience.\nAn analytical and inquisitive mind\nIf you don’t have all the above criteria don’t worry, we would still like to hear from you as we live our values and always put people first and strive to expand what is possible.\nApply today!\nLegal authorisation to work in the UK is required.
