Are you a collaborative and supportive problem solver with a constant focus on continuous improvement?\nEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment\nPrevious experience in manufacturing or quality experience, Preference will be given to applicants with Engineering experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, a bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Engineering or Applied Science highly desired.\nAbility to work effectively on a team and serve as a positive change agent.\nStrong oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate across levels and within a complex matrix.\nManagerial level presentation skills must be able to sell ideas and influence others.\nUnderstanding of LEAN and Six Sigma concepts - quality mindset\nOur job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $68900-98200 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
