Планира, спроведува и известува за активности на продажба, преговарање за продажба.

Главни одговорности:

• Учествува во изработка на планови за продажба и нивно ажурирање,
• Изготвува понуди, Бидс, фактури,
• Секојдневно комуницира и преговара со клиенти,
• Прима екстерни порачки, ги заведува во ЕРП систем,
• Ја следи реализацијата на порачката и известува за текот на работата,
• Води листа на клиенти и проекти,
• Внесување на проектите во ЦРМ систем,
• Учествува на тендери, учествува и преговара во изготвувањето на Банкарски Гаранции и Акредитиви,
• Преговара со купувачите за условите на испорака,
• Во комуникацијата со купувачите се грижи за одржување на корпоративниот идентитет и имиџот на Компанијата.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инжинер, дипломиран економист или бизнис администрација или сродно високо образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик - задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик - задолжително.

Предност - мин. 2 години работно искуство.

Position Summary:

Plans, implements and reports on sales activities, sales negotiations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Participates in making sales plans and updating them,
• Prepares Quotes, Bids, Invoices,
• Communicates and negotiates with clients on daily basis,
• Receives external orders, records them in ERP system,
• Monitors order execution and reports on workflow,
• Keep a list of clients and projects,
• Insert projects into the CRM system,
• Participates in tenders, participates and negotiates in the preparation of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit,
• Negotiate with customers about the terms of delivery,
• In communicating with customers takes care of maintaining the corporate identity and image of the Company.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Mechanical engineer, Bachelor of economics, MBA or other related univeristy degree; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

Advantage - min. 2 years work experience.
