Visit our website to learn more!\nWho will you be working with?\nOur China TSG team offering full customer support throughout Wabtec equipment’s life cycle, is dedicated to providing customers with faster, more convenient, and China-tailored comprehensive after-sales services across four key areas: spare parts supply, off train services, on train services, and upgraded technical support.\nWe have full organization for all functions including Sales and Project Management. Supply Chain, Engineering and field service.\nHow will you make a difference?\nAs a member of the China TSG_group/division, you will be responsible for leading the repairing/overhaul works of brake system components; Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solutions; Provides sustain customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nGenerate and modify overhaul projects technical files, like WI/ Maintenance Manual/Technical Specification etc.\nProvide internal and external technical support or training for overhaul projects\nPart time service on field for trouble shooting / failure analysis and generate NCR/Fault report in time\nDiagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solutions, support quality team to find failure root cause and create corrective action\nOptimize the internal production process and keep continuous improvement\nDevice management according to equipment maintenance requirements\nGood at communication and coordinate with project core teams to solve customer complaints timely\nBachelor diploma or above; Mechanical engineering or Electronic and Mechanical engineering related will be a plus\n 3-5 years’ relevant work experience; Be familiar with pneumatic/ hydraulic components is a must; Work experience in foreign companies is appreciated\nFamiliar with all office tools\nUphold high standards of integrity and self-discipline, strictly comply with company rules and regulations\nPossess strong team spirit, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective goals\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nDealing with customer requirements from technical side\nOverhaul project components condition check and maintenance solution feasibility check\nFailure analysis on field or in CSC, generate failure reports\nDevice Management\nProcess flow improvement\nYou may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.\nOur Commitment to Embrace Diversity:\nWabtec is a global company that invests not just in our products, but also our people by embracing diversity and inclusion.
