In this role, you will drive innovation, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to strengthening the overall enterprise architecture landscape.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nStrong experience in Teamcenter PLM customization, configuration, development, and solution mapping.\nProven experience as a PLM Solution Architect or Senior Technical Architect in a complex enterprise environment.\nDeep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, data model, and security, including business objects, workflows, Access Manager, organization structure, performance, scalability, FMS, licensing, and deployment best practices.\nStrong hands-on experience with Teamcenter customization and development, including BMIDE, Java SOA APIs, ITK, custom extensions, utilities, integrations, data model enhancements, and deployment activities.\nProven knowledge of Teamcenter engineering and business capabilities, including Teamcenter-NX integration, Systems Engineering processes, reporting, data extraction, and related engineering workflows.\nAbility to contribute to enterprise strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value case definition, and innovation portfolio planning.\nAbility to define and align domain-level architectural requirements with enterprise architecture standards.\nExperience leading or facilitating architecture governance processes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.\nHigh level of personal integrity, accountability, and professional judgment.\nStrong leadership mindset with ability to guide and collaborate across cross-functional teams.\nFluent English.\nWillingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%, including international travel).\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nLead and coordinate technical and business discussions related to future architecture direction across multiple teams or complex product lines.\nAnalyze current-state and target-state environments and define cohesive architecture roadmaps and implementation plans.\nReview, analyze, and develop domain-level architecture solutions in collaboration with multiple teams.\nParticipate in enterprise architecture governance and domain-level architecture review processes.\nDesign and develop service-oriented software and data platforms with reusable components.\nResearch and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support delivery and operational excellence.\nProvide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring across the domain.\nBenefits\nAt Wabtec, people come first.
