Who will you be working with?

You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team, including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and other key stakeholders across multiple business functions and regions. This role serves as a critical connection point between talent acquisition operations and recruiting delivery, ensuring a seamless hiring experience while supporting business growth and workforce planning initiatives.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process through operational excellence, candidate experience management, systems administration, and process optimization.

The Talent Operations & Coordination Analyst serves as a key partner to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience. This role combines recruitment coordination responsibilities with talent operations expertise, helping to drive consistency, compliance, process improvement, and operational effectiveness across the Talent Acquisition function. The individual will support recruiting processes, talent systems, and operational initiatives while contributing to a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Coordination.
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ATS administration or recruiting technologies.
  • Experience supporting complex, high-volume, or multi-region recruiting environments.
  • Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or workforce administration initiatives.
  • Experience working within a multinational organization.

What will your typical day look like?

Talent Acquisition Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple business functions and regions.
  • Manage interview logistics, including virtual interviews, travel arrangements, and candidate communications.
  • Initiate and monitor background checks, assessments, drug screenings, and other pre-employment activities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring activities and ensure process efficiency.

Talent Operations:

  • Support talent systems administration activities, including troubleshooting, user support, testing, and system enhancements.
  • Assist with the implementation and optimization of talent systems, tools, and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, record keeping requirements, recruiting processes, and employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects, technology enhancements, and operational initiatives.
  • Participate in audits and compliance activities as needed.
  • Support process standardization efforts across regions, business units, and recruiting teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and operational data.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts related to talent systems and process improvements.
  • Collaborate across global teams to promote consistency and best practices within Talent Acquisition.
