This role partners closely with HR Operations, Global Process Owner (GPO), the PMO, and HR Technology and Analytics team members to analyze business requirements, configure Workday solutions, and support enterprise initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and business processes, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective system solutions.\nWorkday Configuration & Support\nConfigure and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality, including Business Processes, Organizational Structures, Supervisory Organizations, Job Profiles, Staffing Models, Custom Reports, and Calculated Fields.\nAnalyze business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with Workday best practices.\nSupport testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.\nTroubleshoot system issues and resolve process and configuration defects.\nStakeholder Partnership\nPartner with HR Operations, Global Process Owners (GPOs), PMO resources, and HR leaders to support business priorities and initiatives.\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements.\nTranslate requirements into functional system configurations and solution designs.\nAdvise stakeholders on Workday functionality, standard processes, and configuration options.\nSupport organizational change management and adoption activities.\nSecurity Administration\nSupport Workday security configuration and user access administration.\nAssist with security troubleshooting and access reviews.\nPartner with governance and compliance stakeholders to maintain appropriate system access controls.\nContinuous Improvement\nParticipate in Workday releases and evaluate new functionality.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience, and increase operational efficiency.\nMaintain system documentation and configuration records.\nSupport governance, change management, and enhancement processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.\n3+ years of Workday functional experience.\nHands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.\nStrong understanding of HR business processes and organizational structures.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience supporting testing and deployment activities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Workday Security.\nExperience supporting HR Operations processes.\nExperience working with Global Process Owners and cross-functional stakeholders.\nExperience in a global Workday environment.\nWorkday Pro certifications.\nKey Competencies\nWorkday Core HCM\nBusiness Process Configuration\nRequirements Analysis\nStakeholder Management\nHR Operations Partnership\nTesting & Release Support\nContinuous Improvement\nWorkday Security\n What could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?\nAt Wabtec, it’s not just about a job - it’s about the impact you make.
