Responsible for maintaining accurate headcount information, developing HR KPI dashboards and producing management information, the role will support strategic decision-making while also ensuring the effective administration of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nPrevious experience in a HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, HR Systems, People Analytics or HR Operations role.\nStrong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data and presenting insights to stakeholders.\nExperience maintaining HR systems, databases and employee records with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups and data analysis techniques.\nExperience creating dashboards, management information reports and KPI reporting.\nKnowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.\nExperience with HR system implementation, optimisation or process automation projects.\nAbility to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements through technology and automation.\nStrong attention to detail and experience working with highly confidential information.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nExperience in an HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Coordinator or similar role, maintaining HR systems, employee records and confidential data.\nExperience creating HR dashboards, management information reports and using Power BI or similar reporting tools.\nStrong reporting, analytical and data management skills, with the ability to produce accurate workforce reports and identify trends.\nExperience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.\nExcellent attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to data accuracy and GDPR compliance.\nApply today!\nLegal authorisation to work in the UK is required.
