This role serves as the primary tactical point of contact for assigned functional areas and helps drive sourcing initiatives that support cost, quality, delivery, and service objectives.\nHow will you make a difference?\nAs an Indirect Sourcing Specialist, you will support the implementation of category strategies, manage tactical sourcing activities, facilitate supplier engagements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to analyze data, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate sourcing projects will help drive operational efficiency and business performance.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, fulfillment, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nProven project management experience and organizational skills.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nEssential Responsibilities\nSupport daily sourcing and fulfillment activities to achieve Indirect Sourcing business objectives.\nExecute tactical sourcing activities and supplier engagements in alignment with category strategies.\nParticipate in projects focused on improving cash flow and optimizing supplier performance.\nFacilitate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for internal stakeholders.\nSupport Category Managers with:\nProcess simplification and quality improvement initiatives.\nSupplier selection, qualification, development, and management activities.\nManagement of the full contract lifecycle, from sourcing events through supplier offboarding.\nDrive utilization of preferred suppliers in accordance with established category strategies.\nCreate and manage purchase orders within company systems.\nIdentify and support cost-saving opportunities across indirect spend categories.\nDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders.\nAnalyze supplier and spend data to identify opportunities for improved cost, service, and supplier performance.\nNegotiate local supply and service agreements as delegated by Category Managers.\nIdentify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve sourcing processes.\nWhat about the physical demands of the job?\nPrimarily office-based work environment. The salary rate for this role is currently $68900-98200 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
