You will contribute to improving and validating software architecture solutions and guarantee proper documentation of integrated tests. You will also analyze issues to identify possible causes and guide development teams in finding solutions, while supporting product deployment and maintenance.\nIn addition, you will lead and coordinate the Integrated Testing team, ensuring clear distribution of tasks, alignment of priorities and adherence to project timelines. You will act as a technical reference, mentoring colleagues in complex analyses and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by standardizing methods and processes across the Integration Lab. This role will also support management in defining technical scope and aligning resources to customer demands, including Rumo, MRS, VLI, Vale PoC and PTC 2.0 projects.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nPrevious experience in railway operations.\nAdvanced English communicating skills.\nIntermediate/Advanced Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio).\nExperience writing system requirements.\nExperience creating test cases and knowledge in programming languages.\nKnowledge of agile methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban and others.\nWindows operating systems.\nKnowledge in elaboration of work effort estimates.\nKnowledge elaborating technical specification documents.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nPlan and supervise day-to-day activities of the testing team, monitoring workload and reallocating resources when necessary.\nAct as the primary interface between the Integration Laboratory and other engineering segments, ensuring alignment of technical and business expectations.\nMentor junior and mid-level team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.\nEnsure communication flow between the team, project managers, and leadership.\nCoordinate reporting and progress updates, consolidating information for higher management.\nOversee the use of control tools (ELM, DevOps) and encourage automation initiatives to improve efficiency and traceability.\nPromote standardized methods and processes, fostering consistency and continuous improvement in testing practices.\nTrack integrated tests progress.\nAnalyze bugs and defects and propose solutions to improve the product.
