This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the quality, efficiency, and adoption of Digital Workplace services across Wabtec.\nHow will you make a difference?\nDigital Workplace services are critical to employee productivity and business operations. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve services, standardize operational processes, optimize workflows, support transformation initiatives, and lead infrastructure-related projects. Your contributions will help increase service quality, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability across global operations.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nBachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nProven experience in a role focused on IT service improvement, IT operations, infrastructure projects, or Digital Workplace services.\nITIL V4 Certification.\nKnowledge of COBIT governance framework.\nStrong technical understanding of IT Infrastructure, including end-user computing, collaboration technologies, networking, cloud services, and service management processes.\nExperience creating, improving, documenting, and governing operational processes.\nProject Management experience with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nFluency in English.\nExperience supporting global organizations.\nFluency in Spanish (preferred).\nExperience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nAnalyze current Digital Workplace services and identify improvement opportunities.\nDesign, document, and implement new operational processes and governance models.\nLead and coordinate IT infrastructure and Digital Workplace projects from initiation through deployment.\nDefine KPIs, SLAs, reporting metrics, and continuous improvement plans.\nPartner with regional and global teams to standardize best practices.\nSupport problem management, service reviews, and root cause analysis activities.\nDrive service adoption, efficiency, automation, and user experience improvements.\nCollaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.\nPrepare executive-level presentations, project updates, and performance reports.\nBenefits\nAt Wabtec, people come first.
