We provide the trusted foundation operators need to run their rail networks, being \"Your partner for confidence.\"\nLead Technical Trainer Frauscher Academy\nPurpose\nTo deliver and support technical training, competency development, and knowledge transfer initiatives for Frauscher customers, partners and employees, ensuring effective adoption of Frauscher products and solutions.\nJob Description\nLead the delivery of technical and product training programs across internal and external audiences.\nDevelop and maintain technical training content, learning materials, and assessments.\nAct as a subject matter expert for Frauscher products and allied railway signaling solutions.\nSupport customer engagement, competency development, and knowledge management initiatives through Frauscher Academy.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\nDeliver classroom, virtual, and on-site training programs.\nConduct customer, partner, and employee product training programs.\nDevelop and update technical training materials in coordination with global teams.\nSupport onboarding and capability development programs for new employees.\nCollaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Project teams for technical presentations and customer workshops. \nPromote and support digital learning platforms, LMS, and training data management.\nParticipate in global academy initiatives and cross-functional training projects.\nMaintain training records, feedback, certifications, and effectiveness metrics.\nPersonal Attributes\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.\nPassion for learning, coaching, and knowledge sharing.\nSelf-driven, organized, and customer-focused.\nWillingness to travel as required.\nIn short: People who aspire for more - individuals who are willing to contribute their passion, creativity and skills to help advance our shared vision.
