# Process Engineer

Who will you be working with? CoFren’ site is a leading manufacturer and supplier of brake pads for freight and passenger trains. How will you make a difference? As a Process Engineer you’ll support the development, industrialization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. This role plays a key part in the implementation of new products and processes, change management activities, and the optimization of operational performance. What will your typical day look like? Industrialization: Support the transfer of new products and processes from the development phase to production. Define and validate manufacturing processes, including process parameters and work cycles. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure successful product launch and manufacturing readiness. Prepare and/or support the release of technical documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Participate in process and product validation activities.
