The team collaborates with both domestic and international suppliers to secure timely material availability, optimize inventory levels, and support customer delivery commitments.\nHow will you make a difference?\nAs a member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials to support production continuity and on-time customer deliveries. You will manage supplier orders, monitor delivery performance, maintain optimal inventory levels, and build strong supplier relationships. This role plays a critical part in balancing material availability, inventory targets, and operational efficiency while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work cross-functionally with production planning, logistics, and suppliers to proactively resolve supply issues and drive continuous improvement throughout the procurement process.\nWhat do we want to know about you?\nBachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Supply Chain or a related field.\n3 years experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience working with international suppliers and global supply chains.\nKnowledge of OTP (on-time delivery performance), OTD (on-time delivery), inventory value, inventory turnover ratio\nGood proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.\nAbility to build and maintain productive supplier relationships.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.\nFluent in Polish and English communication skills.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nPlace purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely execution.\nMaintain material availability to support production plans and customer orders.\nTrack delivery schedules and proactively address supply risks or delays.\nMonitor inventory levels and support inventory optimization initiatives.\nCoordinate closely with Production Planning and Logistics teams to align supply requirements.\nCommunicate with domestic and international suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and performance expectations.\nConduct supplier evaluations in accordance with company procedures.\nAnalyze procurement and inventory data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.\nIdentify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiency. \nLegal authorization to work in the European Union is required.
