# Quality Assurance Technician

SUMMARY Provides service and support to Touchstone internal and external customers and suppliers to insure materials, process, and products meet and/or exceed specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide MES support through the resolution of Quality 'Escalates' and operator assistance/instruction. Interprets engineering drawings. Records test/inspection data and audit results using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Review inspection documents for accuracy and maintain organized files. Apply statistical process control techniques. Evaluates data and create reports as required to be distributed to interested parties. Checks incoming material as required. Reviews and maintains material test reports on incoming material for Material Traceability as required. Perform routine inspections for print dimensions (including CTQ) as required. Perform cleanliness testing (Millipore) per Customer requirements and analyze results using RAM Optical. Evaluation of key process indicators - Plate Fin/CuproBraze Fin Bond. Perform scheduled process audits and random product audits. Perform gage calibration and Gage R&R stud
