Follows all component handling procedures.\nExhibit safe work habits adhering to all PPE and OSHA requirements for assigned area.\nInspects components and completes assemblies for conformity. Follows all component handling procedures.\nBe in your work area and prepared to begin work at the start of your shift\nMust maintain housekeeping in your work area and throughout the building.\nMust be able to package products to ensure it will arrive to customer in acceptable condition.\nBe sure all tools and equipment are returned at the end of your shift to maintain a clean and safe working environment for all.\nInspects components and completes assemblies for conformity. Follows all component handling procedures.\nMinimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)\nExperience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse components are helpful but not required.\nHigh School graduate, or general education degree preferred. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and follow work instructions.\nAbility to assemble products in accordance with customer or company drawings and specifications.\nAbility to use torque wrench, calipers, and other miscellaneous measuring equipment.\nCommunication skills\nPrior mechanical assembly and/or automotive experience helpful but not required.\nComputer skills helpful but not required.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nMust have ability to utilize Manufacturing System to scan time card and labor tickets and research availability of materials needed.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.\nMechanically inclined and have the ability to use hand and power tools to assemble product\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to work overtime as required\nAbility to become forklift certified\nAbility to utilize overhead crane to assist with moving parts.\nPhysical Demands: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
