The ideal candidate is career focused, takes ownership of their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of accuracy in maintaining exceptional customer service.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n5+ years of warehouse experience preferred.\nExperience using an RF Scanner at work.\nBasic computer proficiency.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nCommitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.\nAbility and willingness to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height.\nAbility to sit or stand for long periods of time throughout the work day. \nForklift, Cherry Picker, and/or Power Jack experience is a plus.\nWhat You'll Do\nOrder Fulfillment & Shipping\nPack, pick, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.\nFollow special shipping instructions and ensure orders are prepared correctly.\nPalletize, wrap, and prepare outgoing shipments according to established procedures.\nTrace shipments and assist with delivery-related inquiries when necessary.\nEnsure all daily orders are processed and shipped on schedule.\nReceiving & Inventory Management\nPrepare the warehouse for incoming air and ocean shipments.\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and other documentation.\nRestock primary picking locations to maintain inventory availability.\nPerform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.\nAssist with year-end physical inventory activities.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn this role, you will:\nConsistently achieve high levels of order accuracy and on-time shipment processing.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and support strong inventory controls.\nContribute to a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operation.\nDemonstrate reliability, accountability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.\nSupport exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and accurate fulfillment.\nBe a trusted team member who helps keep warehouse operations running smoothly every day.\nIdeal Backgrounds\nYou may have achieved success in these areas or others and be ready to advance your career!\nWarehouse Associate\nShipping & Receiving Associate\nInventory Control Associate\nLogistics Associate\nMaterial Handler\nOrder Fulfillment Associate\nDistribution Center Associate\nWarehouse Specialist\nShipping Coordinator\nInventory Specialist\nIf you're looking for an opportunity where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational success, we'd love to hear from you!\nWe recognize people as our most valuable asset.
