In this highly visible role, you will serve as a technical resource and project leader, partnering with Sales, R&D, Customer Service, and Manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions that exceed customer expectations while supporting profitability, margin and business goals.\nWhy Join WAC Group?\nBeautiful and newly renovated headquarters with FREE onsite EV charging for our employees!\nRobust benefits and perks package!\nMerit-based compensation structure!\nCareer growth and professional development opportunities!\nCollaborative and supportive team environment!\nWhat You'll Do\nManage Custom Quotations and Projects\nOwn and manage quotations to ensure accuracy, validity, and timely follow-up\nCreate custom quotations while working closely with R&D teams to minimize cost and lead-time impacts\nPrepare material quotations for Inside Sales, Outside Sales Representatives, and customers, including air freight estimates\nValidate custom leads by gathering and documenting project requirements with customers and sales partners\nTrack project status and proactively communicate delivery schedules and updates\nFollow up on outstanding quotations to maximize project conversion and secure profitable orders\nProvide Technical Solutions and Design Support\nInterpret customer requirements and recommend solutions that maximize value and profitability\nCreate CAD drawings to support custom pricing requests and project development\nComplete fixture schedule crossovers and layouts\nIdentify and recommend alternate solutions for discontinued products and potential material conflicts\nProvide design guidance and project support based on manufacturing capabilities\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred\nBasic electrical knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing and industrial design environments preferred\nAbility and willingness for minimal travel domestically and internationally as business needs require\nExcellent communication, project management, organizational, and time management skills\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams\nExperience with SAP, Sugar CRM, Zendesk, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, or KeyShot is a plus\nThe expected salary is $84,000 - $100,000.
