We value relationships and invest in our employees.\nBenefits Package: Company Paid!\nMedical, Dental, Prescription & Vision Benefits--No premium cost!\nLife, AD&D and LTD insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\nCompany-Matched 401(k) and IRA Retirement Savings\nPer-Diem paid when overnight travel is required\nDrive time and mileage paid for use of personal vehicle when travel is required\nRequirements:\nExperience as a Data Cable Technician. \nStrong background in installing and troubleshooting structured cabling systems in retail environments.\nMust hold a current valid State required license(s) for low voltage/burglar alarm/fire alarm/security/CCTV.\nAvailable for extensive travel. \nFlexible and willing to work on-call, day or night shifts as the jobs require. \nExperience reading blueprints and site maps. \nExperience in CCTV, Voice, and Fire Alarm cabling is a plus.\nKnowledgeable in identifying independent colors and learning color codes. \nAbility to work in cramped spaces. \nExperience working with Copper and Fiber.\nAbility to operate a BOOM or scissor lift, and ability to work at heights. \nHas PPE, basic telecommunication tools, and hand tools.\nReliable transportation with required insurance coverage.\nMust have knowledge of cabling infrastructure. \nGreat communication skills; verbal and written.\nExcellent customer relationship skills.\nHighly proficient with the use of email, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn internal systems.\nExperience in conduit installation is a plus. \nValid driver's license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years. \nResponsibilities:\nInstallation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructure. \nRun low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work. \nEnsuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations. \nAssist with pre-installation opportunities by designing and planning technical solutions\nInstalling of cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct. \nConduct tests to ensure all newly installed cable systems and component devices are operational. \nTroubleshoot issues with cable networks. \nEnsure electrical systems meet local, county, state, or federal codes;
