We value relationships and invest in our employees.\nBenefits Package: Company Paid!\nMedical, Dental, Prescription & Vision Benefits\nLife, AD&D, and LTD insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\nCompany-Matched 401(k) and IRA Retirement Savings.\nRequirements:\n5+ years’ experience in the physical security industry as a technician/engineer/manager.\n3-4 years of project management experience; must have a proven record of managing the budget, schedule, and full lifecycle of fire alarm projects.\nExperience with Access Control and CCTV systems.\nAbility to estimate fire alarm projects with little supervision.\nReview architectural and engineering drawings to coordinate all physical security installations.\nStrong understanding of business operations and budgeting.\nimpeccable organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments required.\nHas experience managing projects as a Project Manager or Field Manager.\nManufacturer certifications preferred (not required): Honeywell, Bosch, Lenel, S2, or Genetec.\nHigh energy and a proactive mindset.\nExcellent communication ( verbal & written) and customer service skills\nHighly proficient with the use of a personal computer, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the full lifecycle of fire alarm projects-from planning and execution to closeout.\nDevelops budgets, timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.\nCreate and maintain project files.\nManage project scheduling.\nManages the project financials.\nEnsure planned results are achieved on time and within budget.\nManage the process of sourcing, evaluating, and estimating selected bid opportunities.\nActs as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.\nWorks with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals.\nManage, coordinate, and delegate activities through team resources.\nUphold high standards of quality and professionalism.\nPerform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.\nEnsure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.\nThe following skills are a plus:\nFire/Burglary Alarm experience preferred\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or other related major or equivalent experience.\nExperience working on IT-related projects is a plus.\nExperience working with Service Now.\nProject Management Professional Certification.\nAdditional Details\n Location: On-site in Lowell, AR (not hybrid or remote). Requires in-office presence 5 days a week.\n Travel: Occasional travel required.
