We are committed to delivering exceptional service and providing employees with opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement.\nSummary:\nThe Foreman is responsible for performing service and project-related work while providing field leadership and ensuring quality standards are maintained across all activities. This role will conduct site surveys, bid walks, QA/QC inspections, troubleshooting, and customer support while assisting with the successful execution of projects and service operations.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong technical professional who leads by example, maintains high standards of workmanship, and is comfortable interacting with customers, project teams, and field personnel.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.\n\nSupport installation and project work from start to finish.\n\nConduct quality assurance and quality control inspections on completed work.Perform site surveys, customer walkthroughs, and bid walks for prospective projects.I\n\ndentify labor, material, and equipment requirements during field assessments.Lead and mentor field technicians while promoting safe work practices.\n\nCoordinate with Project Managers, Service Managers, and customers to ensure successful project execution.\n\nReview project drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.\n\nEnsure all work is completed in accordance with company standards, customer expectations, and applicable codes.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation, service reports, and inspection records.\n\nBuild and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and service excellence.\n\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience in fire alarm, security, low-voltage, electrical, or related technical field services.\n\nExperience supporting both service and project-based work.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.\n\nExperience conducting site surveys and bid walks.\n\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCFAA certification or eligibility.\nNICET certification.\nExperience with fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, structured cabling, or integrated security systems.\nPrevious Foreman, Lead Technician, or Field Supervisor experience.\nKnowledge of applicable Canadian and Ontario codes and
