This is an office-based role focused on the business side of low voltage projects: scheduling, purchasing, billing, permitting, and documentation.\nIdeal candidates have at least 2 years of experience managing or coordinating low voltage technology projects such as structured cabling, access control, CCTV, audio video, and Wi-Fi deployments, ideally in new construction across single and multi-site operations.\nWe seek self-motivated and reliable candidates who can work independently and find solutions to complete the job. We value relationships and invest in our employees.\nIs This Role a Fit?\nThis role is a fit if you have worked on the contractor side of low voltage projects and know how a job moves from bid to closeout: submittals, purchase orders, permits, inspections, and billing. Understanding of project lifecycle of a traditional LV project is a plus! \nThis role is NOT a fit if your experience is mainly in IT infrastructure or network administration (routing, switching, servers, or help desk), or in project management outside the low voltage and construction industry. managing or coordinating low voltage projects (structured cabling, access control, CCTV, AV, Wi-Fi, or similar), preferably in new construction.\n\nFamiliarity with low voltage project documents: bid specifications, engineered drawings, construction take-offs, submittals, and closeout packages.\n\nKnowledge of logistics and procurement, including purchase orders and vendor coordination.\n\nExperience with project scheduling and billing in a contracting environment.\n\nPrevious experience in data entry.\n\nWorking experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.\n\nExcellent customer relationship and communication skills, verbal and written.\n\nStrong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks.\n\nAbility to work in a strong cross-functional team.\n\nResponsibilities\nManage daily operational tasks for multiple low voltage projects at the same time.\n\nProvide logistical project support.\n\nCreate and maintain project files.\n\nManage project scheduling and billing.\n\nAssist the team with data collection.\n\nCoordinate and manage purchase orders and invoices.\n\nOrganize, update, and maintain necessary documentation.\n\nParticipate in and implement process improvement activities to improve the program team's efficiency.\n\nManage the process of sourcing, evaluating, and estimating selected bid opportunities.\n\nMaintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.\n\nManage and delegate through team resources.\n\nPerform any other duties
