W-9s, licenses, agreements, etc.).\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding approvals.\nTrack recruiting activity, onboarding progress, and compliance requirements.\nQualifications\n2+ years of recruiting, vendor management, sales, or business development experience.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\nExperience working with subcontractors, staffing agencies, or field service organizations.\nBilingual- Spanish
