If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to motivate teams to deliver excellence, we want you on our team\nKey Responsibilities:\nSafety Leadership\n* Promote and enforce all company, OSHA, and customer safety requirements.\n* Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and jobsite inspections.\n* Ensure Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and other required safety documentation are completed.\n* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.\nProject Execution\n* Oversee daily field operations on electrical construction projects.\n* Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.\n* Develop and maintain project schedules to meet customer commitments.\n* Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.\n* Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure proper execution.\nTeam Leadership\n* Direct and mentor foremen, electricians, and apprentices.\n* Assist with workforce planning, hiring, and training initiatives.\n* Conduct performance coaching and provide ongoing development opportunities.\n* Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work culture.\nQuality Control\n* Ensure all electrical installations meet NEC requirements, project specifications, and company standards.\n* Perform regular quality inspections and address deficiencies promptly.\n* Coordinate commissioning, startup, testing, and project closeout activities. Customer & Stakeholder Relations\n* Maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and project stakeholders.\n* Attend project meetings and provide status updates.\n* Resolve field issues and communicate project risks proactively.\nFinancial Accountability\n* Monitor labor productivity and project costs.\n* Assist project management with budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.\n* Identify and communicate scope changes and field impacts.\nQualifications:\nJourneyman Electrician License preferred.\n* 7+ years of electrical construction experience.\n* 3+ years of supervisory or superintendent experience.\n* Strong working knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical construction methods.\n* Experience managing industrial, commercial, or large-scale electrical projects.\n* Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and electrical drawings.\n* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\n* Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.\nPreferred Experience\n* Industrial electrical construction.\n* Power distribution systems.\n* Medium-voltage installations.\n* Motor controls, automation, and controls systems.\n* Multi-site or nationwide project management experience.\nPhysical Requirements\n* Ability to work in indoor and outdoor construction environments.\n* Ability to travel as
