Duties and Responsibilities:\nManage multiple security installation projects within our client's Supply Chain facilities.\n\nCoordinate and oversee contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within established milestones.\n\nMonitor project progress and proactively address schedule risks, delays, and project obstacles.\n\nServe as the primary communication point between Client, contractors, field teams, and other project stakeholders.\n\nFacilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.Track project deliverables, milestones, action items, and completion dates.\n\nEnsure clear and consistent communication throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Review project schedules and validate contractor performance against established timelines.\n\nEscalate issues and provide resolution recommendations to client leadership as needed.\n\nMaintain project documentation, reports, and project records.\n\nSupport project closeout activities and ensure all documentation and deliverables are completed accurately.\n\nPromote a high level of professionalism, quality, and customer service throughout project execution.\n\nAdhere to all company, customer, and safety requirements.\n\nQualifications:\n3+ years of Project Management experience in Security, Construction, Technology, Low Voltage, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries.\n\nExperience managing large-scale, multi-site projects preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or related technologies preferred.\n\nProven ability to manage schedules, milestones, and contractor performance.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExperience presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders.\n\nHighly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.\n\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPMP certification is a plus but not required.\n\nCollege degree preferred but not required based on applicable experience.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nProject Management experience.\nSupply Chain, Distribution Center, or Logistics facility experience.\nSecurity systems deployment and installation
