The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills.\nTypical responsibilities include:\nProvide both project and technical leadership while helping Wade Trim pursue new opportunities and strengthen client relationships. The role combines program management, environmental permitting, regulatory coordination, proposal development, agency interaction, and technical guidance across complex energy and environmental programs.\nOversee program-wide projects, including project setup, planning, kickoff, scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets.\nDevelop project strategies and design approaches that meet client objectives while maintaining regular communication with clients and managers.\nManage project billing, client updates, QA/QC, project closeout, and compliance with project plans.\nPrepare compliant project proposals and serve as Proposal Manager and primary client contact.\nNavigate complex public processes, municipal approvals, regulatory requirements, and environmental permitting such as Chapter 102 NPDES and Chapter 105 General Permitting.\nHighway/Roadway Occupancy Permitting through State, Municipal, and County Governments.\nRepresent clients in agency meetings, manage subcontractors, negotiate regulatory conditions, and provide technical guidance to project teams and employees.\nMaintain a safe working environment.\nEducation:\nBachelor's and/or master's degree in Geology, Environmental/Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Remediation and Environmental Engineering, Geology, Planning Environmental Sciences, or another related field.\nSkills/Experience:\nSite investigation, project permitting, environmental compliance, and project management experience.\nStrong technical and business development background.\nComplete understanding of MS Office programs.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
